2025年7月10日，中共中央、向全球文明对话部长级会议致贺信。指出，历史昭示我们，文明的繁盛、人类的进步，都离不开文明的交流互鉴。

Chinese President Xi Jinping said on July 10, 2025 that history has shown us that exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations are essential for civilizations to flourish and human progress to be made. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, made the statement in a congratulatory letter to the Global Civilizations Dialogue Ministerial Meeting.

中国愿同各国一道，秉持平等、互鉴、对话、包容的文明观，践行全球文明倡议，推动构建全球文明对话合作网络，为人类文明进步、世界和平发展注入新的动力。

China will work with other countries to champion equality, mutual learning, dialogue and inclusiveness among civilizations, implement the Global Civilization Initiative, and promote the building of a global network for dialogue and cooperation among civilizations, in a bid to provide fresh impetus for advancing human civilizations and promoting world peace and development.
