2025年7月13日，历时15年建设，总长4197公里的环塔里木盆地750千伏超高压输电环网全线贯通，这意味着我国*大的盆地——塔里木盆地装上了电力“能量环”。整体工程计划2025年11月投入运行。

China has finished construction of a 4,197-km extra-high voltage power transmission loop around the Tarim Basin, home to the country's largest desert. The final section of the 750-kilovolt (kV) loop was connected on July 13, 2025, capping the 15-year project. Dubbed a "power expressway loop", the project is expected to become fully operational by November 2025.
