据新华社2025年7月21日电，李强日前签署令，公布《住房租赁条例》，自2025年9月15日起施行。

Chinese Premier Li Qiang has signed a State Council decree that unveils regulations on housing rental sector, which will go into effect on September 15, 2025.

【重要讲话】

坚持房子是用来住的、不是用来炒的定位，加快建立多主体供给、多渠道保障、租购并举的住房制度。

Adhering to the principle that housing is for living in and not for speculation, we will move faster to build a housing system featuring multiple suppliers and various channels of support that encourages both housing rentals and purchases.
